Terms

Dispatch and postage:
All orders have a flat fee postage charge of GBP 3,50, regardless of the amount of items ordered. All orders are delivered with the national postal service (Royal Mail / TNT Post). Dispatch is within 7 working days after payment, unless we contact you otherwise. All products on the site are inclusive 19% VAT (Dutch tariff).

Payment
As soon as you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation screen. This should display all necessary payment details. You should also receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us.
All payments must be done through PayPal. This can either be done with your credit card, or with a PayPal account.

Returning goods 
Where as we always hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, it is possible that you would like to return a product. You can return your purchase within 10 days of receiving them. Returning goods must always be made known to Cotton Rockets by e-mail beforehand. The goods must always be unused, not worn and undamaged in there original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and postage paid. The customer can either have a replacement article, or a refund, depending on his or her wishes. We remain the right to refuse goods which do not meet these conditions. Postage costs are not refunded. Goods with a personalised text can not be returned unless they are faulty.
